Little Rock Hall has won its last three games to claim a share of first place in the 5A-Central Conference. The Warriors’ next three games are against teams with a combined 3-18 league record.

While conditions are favoring the Warriors at this time, Coach Jon Coleman says his team is not overconfident.

“We’ve lost games this season and I think that’s kept us at an even keel,” Coleman said. “Besides, we know we’ve haven’t won anything yet.”

Hall (13-6, 6-1) is tied with Pine Bluff (8-9, 6-1) for the league lead. Pine Bluff won the first meeting on Jan. 18. The rematch is scheduled for Feb. 12 at Hall.

“With all of our starters back from last year, we expected to have a solid team,” Coleman said. “There’s a lot of parity, not only in our league, but around the state. There are teams in our conference we weren’t familiar with that it’s taken some time to get used to that. That’s made every game a little tougher.”

Hall plays at Watson Chapel tonight.
